Planning Fees
Anywhere Travel negotiates planning fees based on the complexity of your trip.
If you have a complex trip or a large group, Anywhere Travel may request a planning fee after consultation before beginning.
Why? When you book with Anywhere Travel, you aren’t just getting booked. You’re getting time, expertise, and planning services. Angela researches your destination, investigates rates vs. value, books, and develops a suggested itinerary for you. You also benefit from Angela’s partnerships with hotels, destination management companies, and a network of thousands of fellow travel advisors who have invaluable insights. Unlike booking through an online travel agency, if something goes sideways while you’re on your trip, you’ll have an accountable agent backing you up.
Planning Fee Breakdown
No-fee services: 1-2 destination hotel bookings, 2 rate checks
Flat Fees:
3 or more destination hotel bookings in one trip - $20
Round-Trip Flights (incl. ground transfers) - $20
Group of 3 + Rooms in one trip - $20
3rd rate check for hotels, flights, tours - $20, $10 for each additional check
Additional fees may be charged for trips of exceptional scope and complexity.
Fees may be modified or waived based on booking type, client relationship, or advisor discretion, but will be agreed upon by both parties ahead of service.
Service Fees
Anywhere Travel will re-book any aspect of your trip once for free, as a courtesy.
Any additional re-bookings based on a client’s preference for a lower rate or a different hotel will be charged a $20 service fee. For example, if we have booked your hotel and you find a better rate, Anywhere will re-book at your request for a $20 fee.
Anywhere does not charge service fees for support clients may require due to provider errors or omissions.
