Planning and Research Fee

$50, waived for first two trips within a 12-month span. Every completed booking resets the planning & research fee waiver. Does not apply to group bookings of 6 or more.

Example: Substantive changes to trip specifications (e.g. a two-week trip turns into a 3-day trip; you ask for a villa and change to a hotel) are considered separate trips. You will be invoiced a $50 service fee, to be paid before other services are rendered. This covers the cost of my time to research.

Why? Every “trip” requires time, research, and collaboration with hospitality partners. Assessing a planning and research fee ensures that A.T. is compensated for the time, training, and credentials required operate.

Flight Fee

$10 per seat, per flight. Fees are waived for return flights.

Fees may be waived at A.T.’s discretion for qualifying trips.

Example: A round-trip booking for 1 is $10. However, if 1 traveler is flying to Paris to stay for 5 days, then to Rome for another 3-day stay, followed up by 4 nights in Lisbon, these are three separate bookings, and the flight fee will be $30.

Change Fees

Most first change fees are waived as a courtesy. Complex or preferential re-bookings will be charged a $20 service fee.

Groups

Groups are charged a flat, $100 research and planning fee. Flights and change fees are also assessed, if applicable.

Groups (6+ travelers) represent complex logistical challenges and coordination among travelers and hospitality providers.

Complex Trips

After Anywhere Travel reviews your trip inquiry form, trips of elevated complexity may necessitate an additional fee.
